Still, the scope and scale of the deals tallied in 2025\u2014which one leader at L.E.K. Consulting\u2019s global health practices estimated to be the \u201cstrongest M&A year since 2019\u201d\u2014wasn\u2019t a sure thing for much of the first half of 2025, as the industry grappled with major policy uncertainties in the U.S.<\/p>\n
